Care team replies daily, 8am – 9pm ET. Visits are welcome by arrangement — message us first so a house parent is free to show you around.
Before you send money
- We only arrange donations through WhatsApp, Telegram or this email address.
- We never publish payment details on this website and never ask for card numbers, CVVs or one-time codes.
- PayPal and bank transfer are for gifts of $500 to $5,000, arranged privately.
- Never post a gift-card code or PIN publicly. Send it by private message or email only.
- Every gift is confirmed by a coordinator by hand — we never auto-confirm a payment.
